THEATER AND DRAMA

The basic concepts related to the field of theater are animation and animation techniques; improvisation studies; determinations about the language of theater; dramaturgy, interpretation, and staging; introduction of the concept and studies of creative drama; ways of using creative drama studies in Turkish education; gamification techniques and Turkish teaching; the concept of play; psychological foundations of play; and the play-education relationship.

Creative drama is acting out a word, a concept, a behavior, a sentence, an idea, an experience, or an event by developing a play or plays using theatrical techniques.

Creative drama includes improvisation, role playing and similar theater techniques. By using these theatrical techniques, reorganizing old cognitive patterns, and in "playful" processes in which observations, experiences, feelings and experiences are reviewed, individuals in a group interpret and revitalize a particular experience, an event, an idea, sometimes an abstract concept or behavior.
